Visual: Light yellow.
Taste: Complex minerality with fresh fruit aromas and spicy notes. Long and rich finish.
Olfactory: Orange peel and constantly evolving currants.
Vinification: Long fermentation at low temperatures, followed by 9 months of maturation in stainless steel on fine yeasts. No sulfur added to crushing, no sedimentation and with minimal intervention on the wine.
