DRY WHITE WINE.  The one who laid the foundations of the winery is Nello Dal Tio, originally from Italy, Province of Treviso. In 2002, Nello was inspired to start wine production in Romania after visiting the vineyards in Timiș, with landscapes similar to the Veneto region, where he spent his childhood.

Petro Vaselo Winery is located in Timiș County, Banat Hills region, and the company owns 172 hectares with a southern orientation, of which 42 are planted with vines. The hills form an amphitheater that offers the calves a microclimate with favorable temperatures and precipitations. The soil is fertile, with predominant layers of glue and limestone.

The quality of Petro Vaselo wines is offered by attention, science and, last but not least, the patience to create something natural and pure. The grapes are picked and sorted by hand twice. Fermentation takes place in different vessels, depending on the variety and batch, and depending on the style of the wine, after fermentation, the wine is matured with its natural yeast for several months or years. The red monouns and blends are bottled without filtration, to allow the yeast to increase the ripening potential and the natural compounds to opulently develop the aromatic profile of each edition.
